Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, for admission into the National Diploma programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session.

Eligibility
All eligible JAMB candidates who chose Federal Polytechnic Bauchi as institution of their choice and scored the required cut-off mark are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000.00 only to enable them upload their credentials on the polytechnic portal.

NB
In line with JAMB’s new policy on admission, applicants can only be admitted if they make Federal Polytechnic Bauchi their First Choice Institution. To this end, applicants wishing to gain admission into the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi are required to visit the nearest JAMB Office to change to Federal Polytechnic Bauchi as their First Choice Institution, in order to be considered in the ongoing admission exercise.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants are to log on to the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi website at www.fptb.edu.ng, Click on 'NEW ADMISSION APPLICANT', enter your details and generate payment slip (RRR) to take to the bank. After payment, return to the same website to continue your application with the Application Number and phone number you started the application with. Applicants are to carefully follow the instructions on the website before proceeding to any Bank of their choice or REMITA.NET to pay online.

The sale of the Usman Danfodio University (UDUSOK) Matriculation Studies Admission Form Out Online for 2018/2019 Academic Session.

Candidates who wish to apply are to follow the guidelines below:

• Visit http://matric.udusok.edu.ng on your browser.
• Click on “Buy Form” and a popup comes up.
• On the popup window , click on “Process Payment” , complete the form that shows up and click on “Generate Invoice” .
• You will be directed to Remita where you will print your invoice.
• On Remita platform, it is advisable you select INTERNETBANKING in the field “How do you want to pay “
• Select the bank
• Click Submit
• A page is loaded, Click on “Print Invoice”
• Your invoice is loaded and you can immediately print it
• Make copies of this invoice, take note of your RRR and Invoice Number .
• Proceed to any bank with your invoice and make payment.
• After payment at the bank, come back to http://matric.udusok.edu.ng , and click on “Verify Payment”
• A popup window comes up, key in your invoice number and click on the Verify button. (Click here to see how to identify
• your invoice number ) Print your receipt . On the receipt, you will find your Application No and Password.
• Now click on Application Login , enter your Application No and Password, click on Login to fill in your form online.
• Fill your form in the following order or as indicated numerically on the green tabs on the form and ensure you save in each
  case:

1. Bio Data.
2.  School attended
3. O’level Examination
4. O’level results

The new application fee for ND courses is ₦3,000.00  (Non-refundable).

Applications are hereby invited from suitable candidates for Admission into the Post-UTME and Direct Entry Admission Screening Form form for 2018/2019 Academic Session.

This is to notify all prospective students who selected Baze University as their 1st or 2nd choice Institution in the 2018 JAMB UTME or Direct Entry (DE) that they can now visit https://bazeuniversity.edu.ng/apply-now/signup.php to fill in the University’s relevant Application Forms for the 2018/2019 Academic Session admission consideration.

Prospective students who reside in Abuja may come to campus for their application procedures and issuance of Baze University’s Admission Letter.

Meanwhile, students who did not select Baze University while registering for the 2018 JAMB UTME, but wishes to be admitted into Baze are advised to first change their 1st choice Institution to Baze University at any JAMB Office or any JAMB certified Cyber Café, then follow the instructions above.

Please note that each concerned candidate is expected to have completed these 2018/2019 admissions procedures before the University commences its academic activities for the session by September 10, 2018.
